It is a true story of a public park, full of never caught up rapists and perpetrators. The location of the story cannot be told, as it can be a big sting.

The district is surrounded by the Himalayas in the north, the river Ganga in the east, Sivalik hills in the south, and the river Yamuna in the west.

Almost 500 localities plus tourists visits this park everyday, The entry is only for Rs 10 to spend a day, since the sunrise until the sunset. Out of 500, 10 couples caught up every fortnight to be brutally beaten up and raped, but no one has ever reported the matter or complained to the local police yet. Due to shame and guilt.

Students bunking from the school with their girl friends, Romeo and Juliet, Heer and Ranjha of all season’s plays hide and seek with the shadow of their girlfriend inside this park, unaware of the fact that many hidden eyes and even cameras are recording their personal moves .

As soon as the couple spark in mood and go beyond the boundaries of this park, which enters into the puzzle jungle, to have consensual sex, they get caught up by a group of 4 to 6 miscreants, with first one beating up the boyfriend with pistol in his hand, second taking off the cloths of girlfriend, third to capture the moments to blackmail the couple in near future and fourth to get ready for raping the girl pinned down at knifepoint. Hapless couple does not left with an option to escape, nor can they shout. These never caught up rapists not only stop here, they even snatch gold chains, watches, gold rings and even exchange their shoes and cloths with the forcefully holdup couple.

It was a shocking moment to see the photographs of more than eight girls (some minors), captured naked, crying when the sexually explicit pictures were clicked. These victim’s, also send money to these rapists  on regular basis, just not to multiply their pictures into public or ever let their families or friends know about this.

Numberless girls fall prey to such shocking incidents in the cities Public Park, still the hidden eyes in the jungle waits for newcomers. Years long blackmailing still works, when asked how long its being for you earning in this trade, he laughed and replied sir there are girls, who got married and have children’s by now , but still sends money to safe their relation in the eyes of her husband and children’s. We want money and little favors rarely, depends on our mood, said one of those.

Walking down the park lanes, discovering the hidden spaces, visiting the favorite hideouts I saw young young boys, brothers of the same parent indulging in criminal activities such like raping and snatching, freeze my mind and shocked my eyes.

The park has become a MMS Factory for the localities and danger for the society. Victims do not speak out and stranger just experience the unknown, waiting to be happen. Ears go deaf and eyes go sightless for the visitors roaming in the park.

Is this the society where we live, are these people human, will they ever be caught and punished in public. Shall we wait for the time to arrive or should we expose them. It is a question for all.

बहुत प्यारी होती है सपनों की दुनिया…सपने देखना किसको अच्छा नही लगता…खुली और बंद आँखों से हर कोई सपने देखता है…कोई सपनें में गिरता है…तो कोई सपने में उड़ता है…कोई सपनें मे हंसता है तो कोई सपनें में रोता है …रहस्य और रोमांच से भरी है सपनों की दुनिया…दुनिया में ऐसा कोई नहीं जिसे सपने ना आते हों…किसी को सपनें डराते हैं…तो कोई आँख खुलने के बाद मन ही मन मुसकुराता है…

सपने ही तो हैं जिन्हें देखकर हम बड़े होते है…आगे बढ़ते हैं…किस्मत आज़माने की कोशिश करते हैं…ज़िन्दगी भर सपनों की दुनिया में जीते हैं…सपनों के पीछे दौड़ते हैं और फिर यूं ही मर जाते हैं…लेकिन कहते है ना, सपनें भी कभी सच हो जाते है…कुछ लोग अपनी किस्मत खुद लिखते हैं…कामयाबी उनके कदम चूमती है…दुख और तकलीफ उनके आस – पास भी नहीं भटकती…

नेहरु गांधी परिवार के पांचवे वारिस है राहुल गांधी…वो महज़ 14 साल के थे…जब उनकी दादी इंदिरा गांधी को उन्हीं के दो बॉडिगार्डस ने मार डाला…और जब तक वो 21 बरस के हुए…तो उनके पिता की भी हत्या कर दी गई…

परिवार के सबसे प्यारे और सबसे दुलारे बेटे ने छोटी सी उम्र में ही…अपनी आखों के सामने घर के दो अहम लोगों को दुनिया को अलबिदा करते देखा…राजीव गांधी की हत्या के बाद…सोनिया को बड़ा झटका लगा…वो अपने दोनो बच्चो (राहुल और प्रियंका) के साथ हिन्दुस्तान की उग्र राजनीति को छोड़ चली गई…

वो राहुल के बड़े होने का इंजार कर रही थी…वो 21 साल के छोटे से राहुल को अभी राजनीति से दूर सखना चाहती थी…लेकिन धीरे- धीरे राहुल बड़े हो रहे थे…वसीहत में मिली राजनीतिक विरासत उन्हे अपनी ओर खींच रही थी…

वो बिना किसी औपचारिक घोषणाओं के 24-24 घंटे की यात्राओं पर निकल पड़ते हैं…उन्हें देश के छोटे छोटे गांव और लोगो से मिलना बेहद पसंद है…राहुल अकेले ऐसे नेता है…जो गांव, कस्बों में पहुंचकर मजलूम जनता के दिल का हाल पूछते हैं…उनकी समस्याएं सुनते है…समाधान खोजते हैं…आम जनता के बीच जाकर ऐसा करना उन्हें आने वाले समय में राजनीति के भीतर एक बहुत बड़ा नेता बना देगा…

वो कभी मुंबई के विदर्भ के जलका गांव की रहने वाली कलावती की झोपड़ी में पहुंच जाते है…तो कभी उत्तर प्रदेश के श्रावस्ती जिला में बाड़ से पीडित छेदी राम पंसी के साथ रात का खाना खाने रुक जाते है…वो जनता से सीधा जुड़ना चाहते हैं..उनकी तकलीफों से रुबरु होना चाहते हैं…एक सुंदर और खुशहाल भारत का निर्माण करना चाहते हैं…एक अच्छे और प्रभावी नेता के सारे गुण राहुल में देखने को मिलते हैं…

2004 में हुए लोकसभा चुनावो के बाद से ही राहुल गांधी जनता के सामने एक यूथ आईकन बनकर उभरे…वो गांव-गांव शहर-शहर तक अपनी  आवाज पहुंचाना चाहते हैं…

आप माने ना माने…आने वाले 2014 के चुनावो में सिर्फ राहुल का ही डंका बजेगा….और कांग्रेस ही फिर से सत्ता पर विराजमान होगी…क्योंकि वो जिस गति से शहरों को छोड़ गांव की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं…वो आने वाले कल में कांग्रेस के लिए वरदान साबित होगा….

TRP – मीटर तोड़कर चिल्लाएगी…कि चैनल सबसे आगें है…लिहाजा मालिक के साथ – साथ प्रोड्यूसर की भी लॉटरी निकल जाएगी…फिर चाए भाड़ में जाए भारतीय सांस्क्रति…हम तो नंगापन दिखाएगें…तभी तो बिकेगा…नही तो कौन भला देखेगा…कुंवारी लडकिया टेलीविजन स्क्रीन पर पेट फुलाकर घूमेगी…खूलेआम चूमन चलेगें…छोटे बच्चे रोते रहेगें…लेकिन  उनके मां बाप खूश रहेगें…क्योकि छोटे ही सही…पेदा होने के बाद किसी काम तो आ रहे हैं…

चैनल को TRP चहिए… TRP लाने के लिए कोई ऐसा दमदार शो होना चहिए…जो आप जैसे दर्शको को बांधकर रख सके…ब्लू फिल्म़ दिखा नही सकते क्योकि सरकार का नोटिस आ जाएगा…इसलिए इस शो के माध्यम से एक मिनी ब्लू फिल्म़ उतार दी गई…

हिन्दुस्तान में ज्यादातर लोग मिडिल क्लास फैमिली से बिलॉन्ग करते हैं…मस्लन की एक घर में एक ही टीवी होता है…तो जरा सोचिए…क्या कोई बेटा अपनी मां के साथ बैठकर ये शो देख सकता है…क्या कोई बाप अपनी बेटी के साथ बैठकर ये शो देख पाएगा…

ये बिलकूल सच हैं की TRP में बह गया है टेलीविजन…छोटे शहरो की बड़ी खब़रे भी अब नही चलती…सिर्फ TRP का खेल है …आजकल चलने वाली खब़रे पल पल बदलते भारत का चेहरा नही दिखाती…वो सिर्फ TRP मीटर के हिसाब से चलती और दौड़ती है…दिल्ली, मुंबई, चेन्नई और कोलकाता में लगे TRP मीटर सिर्फ सेक्स, क्रिकेट और भक्ति को ही रिकोर्ड करते हैं…किसी के दुख या सुख से जुड़ी खब़रो से TRP मीटर के ऊपर से निकल जाती हैं…
